As we reflect on the blessings of the past year, we are filled with gratitude for the continued support of our community. Your generosity has been a vital force in enabling Christ On Main’s (COM) mission to spread the Gospel.

We are excited to share some of the significant milestones from 2025, which would not have been possible without your partnership:

  • Financial Stability through Your Recurring Support: Our 100K Match Program, along with one-time donations, ongoing recurring gifts, and event fundraising continue to provide a needed financial foundation for our ministry.
  • Successful National Speaker Events: Over 700 attended our two national speaker events, Matt Fradd and Sr. Dede. These events deepened our understanding of Catholic teachings and sparked vibrant discussions.
  • Formation Training Program for Ambassadors: Our Formation Training Program for COM Ambassadors launched in Fall 2025 and is expected to more than double our volunteer base in 2026.
  • LaPenna Family John Paul II Bookstore & Gift Shop: The LaPenna Family JPII Bookstore and Gift Shop has surpassed all initial financial projections and has truly become a vibrant hub for faith formation, offering spiritual resources to our community.
  • A Diverse Event Calendar: From Theology on Tap for young adults to Scripture classes and retreats, we hosted monthly speakers and gatherings that fostered faith, fellowship, and growth.

Bringing Our Community Closer to Christ – the Miracle on Main Street

Thanks to your support, COM continues to invite our community closer to Christ. This story is just one of the many moments of grace happening at COM every week:

“A 15-year-old boy came into Christ On Main with his grandmother, searching for writings of Pope Benedict. He shared that he’s exploring Catholicism and is beginning the OCIA program at St. Mary’s. He was already reading The Confessions and expressed interest in St. Thomas Aquinas. Before leaving, he showed me his brown scapular and confidently said, ‘I am going to become a priest.’ It was a powerful moment of divine appointment at COM.” — Bob Van Norden, COM Board Member
