Fr Tuscan, Director, Archconfraternity of Christian Mothers
Fr Tuscan, Director, Archconfraternity of Christian Mothers, will share the story of this amazing Apostolate, and bless attendees with a 1st class relic of St Padre Pio.
The Confraternity of Christian Mothers is a pious association intended for mothers, which has for its special object the promotion of the good Christian and Catholic education of their children. The members join their hearts in love with the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin, the Mother of Sorrows, and unite under her patronage in mutual prayer and solicitude for the welfare of their children and families. This year, the Confraternity celebrates 175 years since its founding. Since the luncheon talk falls on September 23rd, feast of St Padre Pio, Fr Tuscan will bring a first-class relic for veneration and blessing of mothers and children in attendance. Capuchin friars have a very special and close relationship with Padre Pio, who was a Capuchin friar himself, and their devotion is deeply rooted in his life and legacy as a brother and a saint.
